1. Warrior Pose:
Warrior pose meant to help you feel strong. It will also help you to extend your breasts and make it elastic and active. This pose is also known as Virabhadrasana.
- First of all, Place your feet wide apart, parallel to one another.
- Turn your left foot (the front foot) at 90 degrees and turn your right foot to the inside.
- Breath out and bend your front knee.
- Keep the right leg straight. Raise your arms and place them in line with your shoulders.
- Turn your head forward, looking at your wrist.
